To Add a New Organization to an Asset

Follow these steps to associate an organization with an asset in AssetWise CONNECT Edition.

Open the asset to which you want to associate to an organization.
Select the Organizations tab.
Do one of the following:

From the Actions menu, select New organization.

or
In the organizations list area, click New organization.

The New Organization dialog appears.
Select a Class from the list.
Note: This field is required.
Enter a Name for the organization.
Note: This field is required.
Enter the Status of the organization.
When you are finished, click Save ( ).

The organization appears in the list.
